Crisis management should extend beyond mere reactive measures. It is crucial to establish strategies that not only address immediate needs but also consider the long-term impacts on employees and their communities. The sense of cohesion fostered today will be a vital asset as we navigate future challenges. In this context, I developed the Respond and React with Compassion: The Manual for Everyone, a free resource available in French, English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic. This article draws on experiences shared with me, resulting in a free resource created to help others avoid similar challenges.
